Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PisoTrack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PisoTrack is a cloud-based management platform for PisoNet (internet café) business owners. The Service consists of:

  • A web dashboard at pisotrack.com for monitoring, analytics, and remote management
  • A Windows agent application installed on PisoNet PCs for status reporting and command execution
  • API services connecting the dashboard and agents

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Service
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Pricing Plans & Payments

  • PisoTrack offers a free tier with limited features, and paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise, Custom) with additional capabilities
  • Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are listed on the Pricing page and may change with 30 days notice
  • Payment is processed manually via GCash/bank transfer. Plans are activated upon admin approval
  • No refunds are issued for partial months. You may cancel at any time
  • When a paid plan expires, your account is automatically downgraded to the free tier
  • Plan limits (branches, PCs, features) are strictly enforced. Exceeding limits requires an upgrade

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Philippine law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the PisoTrack Agent software
  • Use the screenshot/live view features to violate the privacy of PC users without proper notice
  • Exceed the limits of your plan through technical manipulation
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
  • Upload malicious content or interfere with the operation of the Service

6. PisoNet PC User Notice

As a PisoTrack user (PisoNet owner), you acknowledge that:

  • The PisoTrack Agent monitors PC status, sessions, and can capture screenshots
  • You are responsible for informing your PisoNet customers that monitoring software is active on the PCs
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the use of monitoring features complies with applicable Philippine privacy laws (RA 10173)
  • We recommend displaying a visible notice at your PisoNet location informing users that PCs are monitored

7. Agent Software

  • The PisoTrack Agent is provided as-is for installation on PCs you own or control
  • Each agent key is bound to a specific PC via hardware ID. You may not share or transfer agent keys
  • The agent requires administrator privileges to function fully (IFEO app blocking, auto-start)
  • We are not liable for any damage caused by incorrect agent configuration or misuse

8. Data Ownership

  • You retain ownership of all business data (branches, PCs, sessions, revenue) stored in PisoTrack
  • You may export your data at any time via Settings → Export Data
  • We do not claim any ownership or license over your business data
  • Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our systems

9. Service Availability

  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability
  • We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime, network issues, or force majeure events

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law:

  • PisoTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months

11. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of PisoTrack after changes constitutes acceptance.
