0:00 PisoTrack Agent connects a shop PC to your web dashboard. This guide uses supplied reference screens to walk through setup, status checks, and everyday controls. Start with one PC before expanding.

0:13 Open the registration page and enter your own name, email, and password. Complete the security check and any account instructions. Sign in to reach the dashboard; keep account credentials private.

0:26 In Branches, add your shop location and rate. Then open PCs, select the branch, and register the computer. Each registered PC receives its own Agent Key. Keep the key matched to that machine.

0:40 Download Agent from its official product page. Choose the installer matching the PC architecture, then complete setup with the required administrator access. Use a supported Windows version and a working internet connection for dashboard sync.

0:56 Paste that PC’s Agent Key into the setup window. Advanced Settings contains the API address; use your intended PisoTrack server. Select Connect and wait for validation. Do not reuse another shop PC’s key.

1:11 The connected screen identifies the PC and shows its current status, session, and configured rate. The values here are a reference example. Open your dashboard and verify the same PC, rather than relying on the example numbers.

1:27 Check Start with Windows if this PC should reconnect after sign-in. Agent also appears in the system tray. After restarting during maintenance, confirm that the app is running and its dashboard status updates.

1:41 Open the target PC’s actions in the dashboard. You can request a message, screenshot, or available remote session. Confirm the machine first. Restart, shutdown, and log off interrupt customers, so use them during an appropriate maintenance window.

1:58 If the PC stays offline, check its key, server address, internet connection, and whether Agent is running. Record the specific error before asking for help. Your first milestone is one real PC verified in both Agent and the dashboard.

In your browser

Create your account

Register with your name, email, and a password, then complete email verification. Use an email inbox you can access.

Create your free account ↗

Already registered? Sign in to your account and continue.

What you should see

You can sign in and reach your dashboard.

Need a hand with this step?

If verification is missing, check spam or junk mail. For an error, note the exact message and open the help guide. Open troubleshooting →

02

In the dashboard

Create your shop’s branch

Open Branches → + Add Branch. Enter your branch name and optional address. Set the rate in minutes per PHP 1, then save.

Choose a name you will recognize when you manage more than one location.

What you should see

The branch appears in your dashboard.

Need a hand with this step?

Check the rate and branch details before adding PCs. This is your shop’s session rate, not the PisoTrack subscription price. Open troubleshooting →

03

In the dashboard

Add one PC and keep its key

Open PCs → + Add PC and add the PC you will connect. Saving it generates that PC’s unique Agent Key.

Copy the key privately for that same PC. You will paste it into Agent in step 5.

What you should see

Your PC record exists and you have its own Agent Key.

Need a hand with this step?

Do not share one PC’s key with another PC. If a key is rejected after a reinstall or hardware change, ask support before deleting records. Open troubleshooting →

04

On the Windows PC

Install Agent on the shop PC

On the PC you just added, open the official Agent page and choose the installer for its Windows architecture. Install it with administrator access.

Open the official Agent page ↗

Follow the installer instructions, then open PisoTrack Agent. If FrostGuard protects this PC, unlock protection through your normal administrator process before installing so changes can persist.

What you should see

PisoTrack Agent is installed and opens on that PC.

Need a hand with this step?

If Windows reports an error, save the exact wording. Do not disable your security software to work around an unexplained warning. Open troubleshooting →

05

Inside PisoTrack Agent

Connect Agent to your account

In Agent, check the API URL and enter the key generated for this exact PC. Select Connect.

API URLhttps://pisotrack.com

Paste the Agent Key into Agent, not into the dashboard’s Add PC form.

What you should see

Agent reports a connection or shows a specific error you can investigate.

Need a hand with this step?

Check internet access, the API URL, and the PC/key pairing. Use the troubleshooting guide if it still cannot connect. Open troubleshooting →

06

Agent + browser dashboard

Verify the same PC in your dashboard

Return to your dashboard and find the same PC. Confirm it shows online and updates its status. Compare its identity with the PC where you installed Agent.

Once one PC works, repeat the process separately for each additional PC and check your plan’s coverage.

What you should see

The correct PC appears online and its status updates.

Need a hand with this step?

If it stays offline, keep the PC on, confirm Agent is running, and follow the offline checks. Open troubleshooting →

SOMETHING NOT CONNECTING?
