CHAPTER 01 · 0:00

Begin with status and diagnostics

PisoTrack Windows Activator includes license-status views and diagnostic tools. This reference-screen walkthrough focuses on checking the machine, reading results, and collecting useful support information before deciding whether an activation or edition change is appropriate.

  • Identify the installed edition
  • Scan Windows and Office status
  • Keep diagnostic output

CHAPTER 02 · 0:18

Check the machine you are reviewing

On Dashboard, confirm the installed Windows edition and the machine summary. Windows and Office have separate diagnostic panels. Your PisoTrack subscription is separate from the Microsoft license or entitlement needed for those products.

  • Installed Windows edition
  • PC hardware summary
  • Windows and Office panels

CHAPTER 03 · 0:34

Run Scan License Status

Select Scan License Status and wait for both panels to finish. Read the status and diagnostic text together. An Office Not Found result can mean no supported installation was detected; it is not evidence that Office was activated.

  • Wait for both panels
  • Read the reported status
  • Keep the exact diagnostic message

CHAPTER 04 · 0:50

Match activation to the actual entitlement

The Windows and Office tabs expose activation-related actions. First identify the product and confirm its genuine entitlement or approved organization deployment. A status badge or a completed tool action does not itself create a software license.

  • Identify the product and edition
  • Confirm the applicable entitlement
  • Use the approved deployment method

CHAPTER 05 · 1:08

Treat edition changes as maintenance

Edition Changer selects a target Windows edition. Changing editions is distinct from proving activation. Confirm the supported upgrade path and license first, back up important data, and schedule the work so any restart does not interrupt shop customers.

  • Match target edition to entitlement
  • Back up before changing editions
  • Plan the restart and verification

CHAPTER 06 · 1:25

Investigate a specific diagnostic issue

Troubleshoot Extras groups repair and diagnostic actions, including system-file checks. Use the tool relevant to the actual error and read what it will change. If the entitlement is unclear, resolve that through Microsoft or your organization before further activation actions.

  • Choose a relevant diagnostic
  • Review the proposed repair
  • Avoid running every repair at once

CHAPTER 07 · 1:43

Save evidence and verify the result

Open Console Log to review output, copy it, or save it to a file. Remove private identifiers before sharing a support report. After an approved repair, rescan and cross-check Windows activation settings. Keep the before-and-after result for that PC.

  • Copy All Output / Save Log to File
  • Remove private identifiers before sharing
  • Rescan and check Windows activation
